The Handbook of Youth Mentoring© is slated for publication in Spring 2005 by Sage Publications. If you have information on youth mentoring research, evaluations, or innovative practices that you would like to share with us please click here. We have compiled a selected bibliography of key information related to youth mentoring for website visitors.

Most available resources on youth mentoring provide only a general background on mentoring, give examples of programs and possible benefits, or suggest principles to guide the practice of mentoring, typically from the perspective of just one or two authors.

The Handbook of Youth Mentoring© will provide the first comprehensive treatment of youth mentoring programs and practices from an explicitly research-based perspective and with contributions by leaders in each respective topic area.
